Restrict Project Report Templates to Specific Projects

Choose in which projects a project report template should be available.

How to access Project Report Templates

1. Click Templates
2. Click Project reports
   

   

Assign Template to Projects

To choose in which projects the template should be available:

1. Click ✔ Assigned to all in the Assigned projects column
   

   

2. Optional: Search projects
3. Optional: Click the Select/Deselect all checkbox
4. Select or deselect the projects where the template should be available.
5. Click Confirm
   

   

In the Assigned projects column you see the:

1. Project name if only one project is assigned
2. The name of the first project and the number of additional assigned projects

To change the assigned projects:

1. Click the single project name e.g. ABC Logistics
2. OR Click the number e.g. +2
