Hide your closed tickets to focus on your ongoing tasks.

Hide Closed Tickets

To hide closed tickets:

  1. Access Tickets

  2. Click More

  3. Select the Hide closed tickets check box

  1. Go to the main menu
  2. Tap Settings

  3. Activate the Hide closed tickets toggle
  4. Tap Done
