Tickets Plan View

1. Click Tickets

2. Open the Project menu

3. Click on a layer e.g. Ground Floor
   

   

   
    

4. Open the View drop-down menu

5. Click Plan
   

   

6. You see the tickets plan view
   

   

   
    

1. Tap Tickets in the main menu
   

   

2. Select a layer e.g. Ground Floor
   The Plan view is not available while All layers is selected.
3. Tap Plan
   

   

In the toolbar you select the project, layer, form, and filter to define which tickets are displayed in the tickets plan view.

If your active layer has a BIM model instead of a 2D plan, then the plan view is replaced by the BIM viewer.

Show/Hide Ticket List

The ticket list is shown by default. To hide it:

1. Click the Arrow button

To show the ticket list:

1. Click the Arrow button

Selecting a layer works the same for plan view and list view.

If your active layer has a BIM model instead of a 2D plan, then the plan view gets replaced by the BIM viewer.

1. Click on the ticket in the ticket list to automatically show the ticket pin on the plan and open the ticket preview.
2. OR click on the ticket pin on the plan to open the ticket preview.
3. Click Open to view all details of the ticket.

3. OR Click the Zoom plan to fit screen button to view the whole plan at once:

Full-screen mode

To open the plan in full screen in the Webapp:

1. Click Fullscreen button 

To exit full screen:

1. Click Toggle full screen mode button
2. OR press Esc on your keyboard

1. Pinch two fingers to zoom in
2. Spread two fingers to zoom out
3. Tap the magnifying glass to zoom out until the whole plan is visible
4. On iOS: Tap the pin button to zoom in on the selected ticket pin

1. Click the Show details and options button
   

   

2. Click View versions
   

   

3. Select a plan version in the drop-down.
4. Optional: Select the Show tickets checkbox to show the ticket pins on the plan.

3. Optional: Tap the pin button to show/hide ticket pins
