Change the Layer of a Ticket

Overview

Changing the layer of a ticket may be necessary if the ticket was created on the wrong layer.

Access & Permissions

Change the Layer

To change the layer of a ticket:

WebApp

1. Open the ticket
2. In the Layer drop-down, select a different layer.
3. Click Save or Save and close

iOS

1. Open the ticket
2. Tap Add plan position OR on the preview of the plan position if one is set already.
   

   

3. Tap Change Layer
   

   

   

4. Tap Change Layer to confirm the action. (the plan position will be lost after the change)
   

   

   

5. Select the layer you want to move the ticket to.
   

   

Android

1. Open the ticket
2. Tap Add plan position OR on the preview of the plan position if one is set already.
   

   

3. Tap the + icon
   

   

4. Tap Change layer
   

   

5. Select the layer you want to move the ticket to
6. Tap Save
