Fill Ticket Fields with Voice

Overview

Use voice input to quickly fill ticket fields when creating or editing a ticket in the mobile app:

  1. Speak naturally and describe everything that you want to include in the ticket.
  2. Your voice recording is transcribed by AI and the text appears while you are talking.
  3. AI understands the context of what you say and suggests relevant ticket fields and values.
  4. Review the fields and choose which fields should get filled.
  5. Finish creating the ticket as if you had filled the fields manually.
