Archive a Project in the Webapp

Overview

Archive a project when it's complete to restrict access and prevent further changes.

Archived projects:

• Are removed from the project selector in ticket views and other features.
• Are no longer synced to mobile devices.

You can unarchive projects if you need to review details or make updates.

How to access Projects

1. Click Projects
   

   

Archive a Project

To archive a project:

1. Select the project
   

   

2. Open the more menu
3. Click Archive project
   

   

   
    
4. Click Archive
   

   

Show Archived Projects

To show archived projects:

1. Click View archived projects
   

   

2. You see a list of the archived projects
   

   

Unarchive a Project

To unarchive a project:

1. Show Archived Projects as explained above
2. Select the project
   

   

3. Open the more menu
4. Click Unarchive project
   

   

   
    
5. Click Unarchive
